Will Pergl is an artist, art educator, furniture designer, sole proprietor of 6D Welding (Dropping Dimes 4 $) and aspiring nationally competitive 50 and over bowler.  Pergl received an MFA from Cornell University and a BFA from Southern Illinois University.  Pergl is interested in dematerializing solid objects that can already be seen as ideas and giving physical form to invisible aspects of our culture.  Pergl's sculpture, video, and drawing have been shown in over 20 solo exhibits and 30 group exhibitions nationally and internationally.   Venues include the John Michael Kohler Art Center, Appalachian Center for Crafts, a site-specific installation at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC, Bellevue Art Museum and Tate Modern London England.
